Owner and Founder John Fisher started Precise Buildings LLC in 2002 after working for another barn builder for many years. John believes the company should be run as a family operation that puts customers and employees first. John still does the majority of the estimating for Precise and works in the office or on the road every day in a sales and management role. He is a lead by example kind of guy, not afraid to still get muddy and work on a job site when necessary.
Office Manager Lauren McClarigan brings years of customer service experience to Precise Buildings. Lauren handles billing, vendor relations, and is usually the first person you will talk to when you call into the office. Lauren is the glue that holds our busy office together on many days, handling many varied issues and projects every day. If you have a question, Lauren either has the answer, or knows where to get it for you when you call.
Sales & Client relations- Sunny Farwell brings to Precise Buildings his vast knowledge of the equine world and the specific needs of of riders in different disciplines. Sunny has the unique ability of unearthing owners and or riders needs for their barns, arenas and facilities surpassing expectations. Sunny has been in the horse industry his entire life as the owner of Thoroughbreds, and the husband of his sidesaddle riding wife! Sunny is a wonderful asset to our team, you will meet with him at your property as well as see him in his leisure time at events.
Is our project manager Michael Zook has been with Precise Buildings for 14 years. Michael was a foreman with Precise Buildings prior to his current role as project manager. His vast knowledge of the building industry and attention to detail with strong management skills makes him a perfect fit as our project manager.
Steve Yinger in estimating and sales brings 30 years of construction business experience to Precise Buildings. Steve works both in the office on estimating as well as visiting prospects on job sites, helping our clients dreams come to life on time and on budget.
Our men in the field are mostly of Amish and Mennonite decent, having long backgrounds in barn building, and construction. From our Foremen down to our newest laborers, our men are conscientious, skilled, hardworking craftsmen. They are committed to doing a great job every day on every project, large or small. Our men work very hard to not only help our customers build their buildings, precisely as they dream, but make sure they are respectful of our customers' homes, farms, and properties when they are on the jobsite.
