Bank Barn Restoration

This bank barn restoration was a very economical way to keep an existing structure useful for generations to come. The structure of the barn and the stone foundation were in good condition. The owners elected to have Precise remove the dilapidated roof and siding, and replace them with a new metal roof and wood siding. New custom wood louvers were added for good ventilation and new windows and custom sliding doors were installed. The facelift keeps the barn looking traditional, but makes a functional, weather-tight usable building. Stalls below for horses and storage above lets the owners keep a beautiful piece of history but make the barn work for their needs.
